When we first start using CBD oil, the first question on all of our tongues is – How much CBD oil should I take?
Whilst dosing CBD is not an exact science, there are a few ways to measure dosage so that you know exactly how much you are taking.
Experts recommend that you start low & slow with dosages and increase as you feel necessary. Preferably taken on a full stomach, drops are taken sublingually (under the tongue), hold for 50-70 seconds and then swallow. Therefore the CBD is absorbed through the mucus membranes of the mouth, and then through your digestive system.
This is without a doubt the most common method of absorption. But how many milligrams are in each drop?
With varying concentrations, it can be tough to figure out exactly how much CBD you are taking. To make it even more complicated, the bottle sizes also vary. That’s why we put together this easy-to-use dosage calculator to help you get it right, the first time.
This calculation is not 100% accurate and is intended as a rough guide to help you calculate dosage. This does not constitute medical advice, for information on dosage and food supplements, contact your doctor or physician.
